We are a couple based in Beachlands. We have been here only for 6 years after we built our family home on Beachlands Road.

We have had experience with rentals and holiday homes for the last 16 years. Owning various properties and managing them and other properties. 

Robyn Daniel: Managing Director and Property Coordinator

Robyn comes from a service background and enjoys meeting new people whether it be you as the home owner or meeting the guests at handover. We both have spent many years in the tourism industry and spend over 10 years abroad as expats so can connect at a very personal level to your overseas guests. We also can provide an insight into what your overseas guest’s value and look for in a property.

Glen Daniel: Technical services

Although Glen is still in the travel industry, he has built our home as a smart home and has been personally involved in all aspects of that and in dealing with all the trades related to a modern home in this part of Auckland. He has built a vast knowledge in Alarms, electrical, tank and bore maintenance and can assist in choosing the right products or service people regardless of any technical problems your property may face.
